To Define Attribute Security

  1. Open the object you want in the Content pane.
  2. Expand the Attributes topic and click the Security link at the top of the topic.

    The Attribute Security dialog opens.

  3. Select each attribute in the top list and select which person(s) and / or group(s) can either View, Modify, or Delete a particular attribute and its value.
  4. Click the Save icon.
  5. Click Close.
